It's been a year since the murder of 15-year-old Echo's older sister, Zoe, and she's still reeling from the aftermath. Her parents are numb, her friends are moving on, and as she starts high school awkwardly, she knows that she will never live up to her sister's memory. That is until Marc, who used to be Zoe's boyfriend, gives her the one thing that could help: Zoe's diary.
In the beginning, Echo is feeling frightened and uninterested toward the diary. She doesn't think there will be anything in there that she doesn't already know. But eventually, she begins to read and becomes engrossed in the world of her sister's. She applies WWZD (What would Zoe do?) to almost everything in her life.
You will honestly laugh and cry with this book. The plot is addictive and Noel really shows the dynamics between sisters relationships.
